IAMC Negotiated Room Rates: The negotiated rate of $219.00 (plus taxes/fees) per night is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The contracted room rates will be extended two days before the official days of the conference, subject to rate and space availability at the time of booking. All reservations must be accompanied by the first night's room deposit on a major credit card. 
Deadline: The IAMC group rate expires on February 26, 2025.
